At River Valley Pain Partners, we believe patients in rural communities deserve access to high-quality pain care without having to travel far from home. Our mission is to partner with hospitals and healthcare organizations to build sustainable, patient-centered pain management programs in the communities that need them most.
We also believe the clinicians building those programs should have a meaningful stake in their success.
At River Valley Pain Partners, CRNAs are partners — not employees. You don’t work for us; you work with us. Our model is built around professional autonomy, shared success, ongoing mentorship, profit sharing, and opportunities for equity.
We are also committed to developing the next generation of highly trained pain clinicians. Through our scholarship program, qualified CRNAs may receive financial support to attend the University of South Florida Tampa Pain Management Fellowship while gaining additional hands-on training and mentorship at River Valley Pain Partners locations at no cost.
We do not believe education should come with years of financial obligation to an employer. Our goal is not to lock clinicians into burdensome long-term contracts or create a workforce indebted to the company that trained them. Instead, we want to invest in clinicians, develop leaders, and build relationships that people choose to remain part of.
Our vision is to create a network of highly trained pain clinicians where every partner has a voice, every partner has an opportunity to participate in the success they help create, and no one is treated as simply an employee working to build someone else’s business.
Whether you are an experienced pain clinician or a CRNA looking for advanced fellowship training and mentorship, River Valley Pain Partners offers an opportunity to learn, build, lead, and ultimately have ownership in what you help create.
Train together. Build together. Own together.
Our goal is simple: expand access to exceptional pain care, develop exceptional clinicians, and create a nationwide network of partners who succeed together.
